You mean as in not getting up while you sleep? That's normal. Unless you feel a big urgency like your bladder is really full, then you're ok. @rainbowbaby2015 no, holding your bladder does not cause yeast infections. If you're prone to uti's then holding your bladder for no reason then you could be at risk for a uti.
