Ftm, My baby is 1 week old how soon can I give him a bath?

I just used a wet baby cloth with the baby soap , don't actually pour the water to the body , just gently wash it with the wet cloth .

It's more of a sponge bath that they can get. I swaddle her and start with her head first then move on to her body.

You can give him a bath now , just make u don't wet the umbilical cord . The nurses took him a bath the day he was born .
