So yesterday I had my doctors appointment. It was very painful in more ways then one. It's confirmed that I had a complete miscarriage at 13 weeks. We will never get to meet our baby. I'm sad that I never even got to see him on the sonogram or even hear his heartbeat. I did get to feel some flutters and I'm so grateful for that. It's crazy that in such a brief span of 3 months I had such a strong connection to our little bean and the essence of his spirit. I just knew I was pregnant with a little boy because not long after I found out I was pregnant I had a dream of my Great Aunt, she died last year and in this dream she was holding a baby blue blanket and she told me "it's going to be a little boy." I really don't know where my pregnancy went wrong and I never will know but for now all I can do is move forward. We are not sure about trying to get pregnant again. I think it's best right now to focus on being as healthy as I can be. In late June we are going to take a 3 week trip to Ireland. Who knows, Maybe the luck of the Irish might be exactly what we need to try again. I would like to say Thank you to each and every one of you for your kind words.
