Doing my glucose test today... but my appointment isn't until 2:30 this afternoon. Now I'm all nervous about what I should or should not eat all day. Everyone keeps telling me the more protein, the better, or to fast, but I want the results to be accurate....

My goodness! Make sure you drink extra water this week. And even some juice to get that blood flowing! I heard the orange tastes like orange crush without the carbonation :) I got the fruit punch though, and it was alright. Just super sweet! Lol
okay, the drink and stuff was not bad at all... which I guess is good, cause I have to try again next week. the stupid tech's couldn't get any blood out of me!! they tried for over 30 minutes, and I do NOT do well with needles!! @baby_lillis @raethack

I was a little nervous about the results. The test isn't horrible. Try getting fruit punch or the orange flavored one. Those are the best. The worst part is waiting for the results, the rest is a breeze. Bananas are known to raise blood sugar levels and I wasn't aware of that at the time of my test and my preglucose reading was 87 even after the banana. Lol. I would probably just snack on some kind of fruit before hand. Too much can cause inaccurate readings and can make you fail which means you'll have an even longer, in depth testing to do. Good luck! I promise it's not bad! :)

I had a banana at 10 in the morning and my test at 2. I passed. Lol

I feel like that would be a lot of sugar... I know they're going to give me a ton of sugar in that drink, I don't want to overload beforehand. My OB had just told me to not eat for an hour before the test, and not have anything TOO sweet for most of the day. But so much stuff has SO MUCH sugar in it, even breads and pasta.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less

so I'm a mom of a 26 weeker and he's 2 and my boyfriend has a 2 year old as well and we both want a baby but wonder if we should wait because of all of my health issues I had with my son before he and I got together? please no bashing or judging just asking. fair warning my doctors are all on with it too I just have to have my iud removed.
I know, my OBs nurse said I just need to drink tons of extra water for a few days and come back any day next week to try again. I'm gonna try to come in the morning next time, maybe that will make it easier.
