Doc said my baby girls head is very low and my uterus is over 50% thinned but I'm not dilated yet... Can I go into labor without being dilated?

Yes you can. When my water broke I was 80% thinned for 3 weeks already and was only 2 cm dilated when I went into labor

Your uterus usually thins first then you start dilating. Mine 75% and I'm not dilated at all yet at 38 weeks.
