Nicole Marie Purser·Мама двоих (младенец)

I'm 8 weeks postpartum. I was breastfeeding but had to stop because I felt my son wasn't getting enough, we lasted 3 weeks BFing, which isn't bad. I did feel bad, but now that I see my son gaining & thriving I'm happier with my decision. ANYWAY, I lost 30 lbs while BFing, but when I stopped the weight stopped shedding, & went back up...

So, I need some ideas of what I can do to get back down to a healthy weight. I'm 200 lbs now, I'd like to be 160. That's healthy for me. TIA.

I know every baby is different and so is every mama carrying the baby. My baby is now 4.4 lbs at 32 weeks I was told I'd have around a 8 lb baby if I go full term. Now how many of you ladies remember your babies weight at 32 weeks and their birth weight ?

just thinking about weight loss. once I have my baby I would like to lose 100 lbs. I was already over weight before I got pregnant so I'm not blaming it on my baby. pre pregnancy i was 235lbs and my height is 5'4...now at 35 weeks pregnant I'm 243lbs...my goal weight is between 130 and 150 😮😮

riahlala3 ok question...you start off with a big target calories and as you Drop the weight you recalculate
dcb012 I believe so. But you also need to remember you need higher calorie intake for nursing
