can the whooping cough vacation actually give you a cough? i had mine about a week ago and now I've got a sore throat and a bad cough that's just developed overnight, no other symptoms at all just a cough :(

Just went and had my whooping cough needle..
I was very ill week after mine So i guess thats nothing to worry about comes and goes . Hope tou feel better soon
