I did. I took a five hour flight back home when I was 28 weeks pregnant. It was fine. My OB told me to take an asprin an hour before my flight to prevent blood clots. You can check with your doctor about that. Definitely roll your ankles. Drink water, pack snacks, try to relax; it'll be fine.

Everything will be just fine! I was so nervous. Just get up every once in awhile and while you're sitting just roll your ankles and wiggle your toes. Depending on how big you are people will stare you down because of all the weird rumors about flying while prego. I looked full term at the time so people were seriously concerned! hahaha

I flew to AK from the lower 48 when I was 32 weeks and it was totally miserable because my belly was so big. Overall though, everything went smoothly.
