ive been taking cough drops they help a bit but i think ama start drinking hot teas & tylenol my head has been hurting 😣 thanks for the advice hope i dont get a fever or get my baby sick 😕
Stay away from cough medicine, it can lower your milk supply! You can take Tylenol, and home remedies and that's about it lol...unless it's super bad, in which you should go to the doctor and they can help you figure out what antibodics to take while breastfeeding. You can also use cough drops or hard candies for sore throats, drink tea, hot steamy showers.....honey and lemon......sorry 😔 not much you can do while breastfeeding....

I just went through this a couple weeks ago...had a 103 degree fever for 3 days in a row.....
