Worst feeling everrrrrr.... I have to take motion sickness medicine .. Or I would be a hot ass mess .. Every day all day .. It's like a permanent hangover .. With no booze involved Oh ! And dizzy I could just be minding my business .. Tucked away in bed .. Then it hits like a bag of nickels across my face ... Ughhhhh no Bueno 😩😩😩😩 they say ginger tea helps .. But I'm not sure haven't tried it yet .. Harney & Sons ginger tea has 70 little chips in silk bags .. That has to work .. But I just take the Dramamine for nausea and the dizzy spells works like a charm .. In 20 min ..
