I was the same. Took me a few days to get in the habit to eat enough to keep up my milk supply. Hang in there momma.

Very normal I'm 5 weeks pp and I only eat a meal once a day but snack every now and again I've lost 40lbs since I had my baby girl via csection

I was the same way when I breastfed my daughter.
