Sorry for the TMI pictures but my daughter was born 4 days ago & this is my first time breastfeeding. My right breast is VERYYYYY engorged! It's causing me lots of pain and I can't pump or get my daughter to latch on. The nipple is so flat I can't even express any milk to try to help relieving some of it! Please help!

baby is latching on correctly ,as for engorged breast try massaging then pump if you can

Try warm wash cloth, talk to a lactation consultant too.
