my son is two months old weighing about 14pnds. he won't sleep at night n will cry all day n night with short sleeping intervals (45mins tops) is there anything I can give him to help him sleep at night? I'm desperate

formula fed. he's been on it for a month but just the last two days he's been excessively crying. he eats about 2 1/2 ounces every hour and a half to two hours which is half of what he used to eat. he spits it out when he's full.
the swing doesn't help. he cries most of the time. during the day its not as bad but at night it's the worse. during the day he will eat fall asleep for 45 mins then wake up crying n cry til his next feeding.then repeat. I've given his colic meds gripe water herbal tea for babies gas medicine but nothing helps
I would get a swing and try that for longer sleep periods ... He cries allt all day ?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
