mine was hanging out when I stood up after I peed tmi ik lol and then when I wiped couple times after
Mine was when I wiped. And it can come out at any time, just depends, and it doesn't necessarily mean labor is near either. mine came out 5 weeks before I gave birth.
But now four years later I'm having a boy and I'm going through it all over again
