Feeling so uncomfortable today, contractions are going crazy but they aren't close enough together…

Feeling so uncomfortable today, contractions are going crazy but they aren't close enough together where I need to go in. To top it off my belly is so firm I want to scream because it's painful and uncomfortable.... 😢😢😢
