Does anyone have right lower abdominal pain when you sneeze or stand up to fast? It's is awful pain that makes me Yelp out in pain and it only last like 20 seconds. Anyone else have anything like this

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
