Im now 29 weeks, im just wondering when everyone thinks its best to take mat leave.. Im thinking of waiting about a week before my due date. I want to work as much as possible, is that too close??

I planned to stay till a week before but I found work too physically demanding and my back was bothering me (I do cleaning) so I left 6 weeks early.

This time I run a home daycare and will be taking no time off at all lol totally different

I went 6 weeks early with my first baby!! I loved having the time to myself to get the room ready and sleep in and nap when I could lol

whenever you feel most comfortable I left at 37 weeks and I was at a sit down and a bit of walking around and I gave birth 9 days later

Thanks everyone! I just have to let my work know 2 weeks in advance. Thats whats getting me lol
