Does anyone else get hot flashes and really bad anxiety when sitting in one place to long?

I get motion sickness in the car but this is like completely different... I dunno

@pretty_n_pink, @workingmom55 @kclaireeabbey I did some research on it and it said because when we sit to long our little ones puts lots of pressure (surprise right?) and cuts off blood flow making our blood pressure drop. So get up and walk around every 15-20 minutes if you have to!
