You now have more fluid in your body for the baby, like blood, and getting up can cause you to feel dizzy as that fluid levels out in your body. It's like a surge throughout your body and can cause you to feel a little out of it. Hold onto something while you get up in case you get wobbly too
Yea it's normal. But it could mean that either your blood sugar is low or blood pressure is high. Or you could be moving too fast and it's throwing your equilibrium off. Now if you get dizzy and black out then I'd worry. Try eating something and drinking some water and sit for a minute and see if it fades🙂

What does it mean if blood sugar is low? I hope it's not blood pressure every time I go for doc check up my blood pressure is awesome..

not really. . I try to sleep on my sides but it does get uncomfortable so I switch to my back here and there @mommyofddw
