There are contraction timers online but I just used my digital clock. Once my water broke and we were in the car, I just kept looking at the clock and would see how far a part they were and then count how long they lasted @proudmommy3 ! Hope it helps. My baby was a preemie but she is doing great. If they are close, go to l & d. Worse they can do is send u home.

How far apart are they? Time them? I was 34.6 on Monday and had only 2 contractions in the middle of the night and my water broke.
