Weird question, but does anyone else feel like if you don't snack/eat enough throughout the day that it makes the nausea feeling worse?
My doctor actually recommended that you eat lots of small meals throughout the day, and it really does keep the nausea away. Especially in the first trimester! That feeling will go away for sure. I wouldn't worry about it. If that makes you feel less sick, then power to ya mama! It was that way for me. It isn't now but I had bad morning sickness until 18wks and I totally did that
@babymay2016, ugh it's a pretty loser or feeling but believe it or not after eating I actually feel better where as I'm always worried I just throw up whatever I attempt to eat. However that's not the case my stomach actually feels better. So strange! Lol.

Honest opinions.
How do you feel about immigrants? All races, not just Mexicans. Does racism play a factor in how you feel?
