I mean either call the cops and tell them you feel like he's going to hurt himself or don't do nothing at all and hope for the best. He could he saying that for your attention...

Does he live with anyone? Roommates siblings? Anyone you can ask and tell them to check on him. Or ask him to go over to your house? Stay the night? @ccole2653 someone needs to know so he can get some help. Because he doesn't seem happy with life right now.

@ccole2653, kinda seems like whoever that isn't isn't a sting to put fourth the effort of staying around and working out whatever is the "issue"
@ccole2653, well if he isn't answering the only other option is the police. You can call the non emergency line and just ask to have a cop go around the nearest train whever he lives to just check to see if there is anyone around there seeing like they are gonna jump.
