start drinking the raspberry leaf tea from about 35 weeks onwards a couple of cups a day - it helps to soften your cervix x @rach91

Ahh I thought that was low😩 aha I will do, I've heard eating pineapple and drinking raspberry leaf tea is also good when bringing on labour? @tiasohi1 xx

She can feel 2/5 of babies head ... You've got to get him that tad bit lower for things to kick off x get walking and bouncing on a ball x
