Just be careful to birth Control takes up to a month to fully protect u from pregnancy.
what kind of infection? & i got on birth control a week today.
The risk for infection is higher and the risk of getting pregnant is higher as well.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
