after 40 hours in labor and fully dilating to a 10 I pushed for a hour and then switched sides to try different position... my cervix closed .. and I had to have emergency c section. my baby girl arrived at 2:17 pm and weighed 8lbs 8 oz.. she was 19 and 3/4 long. she's absolutely perfect and I love my baby girl
