Oh no problem. I also THINk the apartments on Lasher and 7mile are low income but I'm not sure.

It's some over on Joy Rd and Southfield freeway (don't know if you want to stay over there). But they just built them. Idk about a wait list tho. There are some called Oakdale Townhomes I think in Ferndale (8 Mile and Meyers but Ferndale side). Those do have a wait list 2 yes. But it wouldn't hurt to put your name on it
