Did you give your baby tylenol?

Try giving the baby some Tylenol and give the baby a bath not cold but not hot either and pour water on the baby head like your washing their hair if the temp doesn't go down take them in to the ER

ER over100.4 is an emergency

temp over 101 can make baby have seizures. it would be best to take babe to ER

@reaganmommy2015, for maybe 15 or more,i put a wet rag on his forehead.

It might still be working into his system but like @reaganmommy2015 said, try and get him in a cool bath... Even get in there with him if you have to. Or use a cool wash cloth on his body, mostly his head and feet and hands

I was told anything over 100.5 to either call the Dr or take my baby to er (told by the Dr when we left the hospital)

A cool wash cloth sounds like it's be a good idea, and let him be completely naked so he can cool off.

But like these other mommas are saying as well, don't wait, take him to ER and while your there ask for a cool wash cloth.
