I didn't know that. This is all new to me but I'm glad I found out. I might have figured it out down the line or maybe not lol😄

I was 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced and two days later had sex n couple days later was 4cm and 90% so it does work I think.

I just did this and nothing is working.
