Yes that's correct. Some use it as a way to try and induce labor.

I was 9 days late with my little guy... I tried walking sex "labor cookies" raspberry leaf tea spicy food and using my breast pump but none of it did anything.. Unfortunately it's totally up to baby when s/he comes... I know it's hard but just be patient and enjoy your sleep!

that can actually be very dangerous for you and baby. please read up on the pros and cons of pumping to induce

Be lucky to go as far as you can. I am a 4x premmie mom. 25, 27, 35, and 36 weekers. How stupid some people get. Be patient.

I'm not doing anything... I had my twins early... I mean yeah I try sex. and walking. but Thats it....

I was told by our lactation consultant for WIC tell me this too. She said she has experienced it and if I pump before baby is here to ask Dr first because it could cause preterm labor.

I don't think I would pump just because I'm so nervous I won't be able to breastfeed anyways that I don't wanna waste anything 😂😂😂 @babyt16

I hear you. I was asking about when and what type of pump and when to start pumping (like after birth) and she just ventures to that explanation and I'm just sitting there in shock. Don't think she ever answered my questions. 😧😨
