my baby had her first shots today at her doctor's appointment and she was sleeping fine when we got home but now she just won't go to sleep unless I hold her and walk around the house (my back hurts so bad) if I try to put her down or even sit down for a second, she cries so loud.. I even tried giving her my boob & she starts screaming and getting EXTREMELY fussy I checked her temperature and its 95 I don't know what's wrong with her. help 😩😢

It's just her shots wearing on her, they usually do. Hopefully it gets better soon

It could last for the next couple days but she could start feeling better as early as tonight. It is literally the worst thing not being able to really do anything about it 😕

@ashsloan, I knew something was wrong when my boob didn't do the trick ): my poor poor baby. ugh the doctor told me she wasn't gonna be fussy and she would act normal after the shots! I knew that was a LIE. LOL ..

update: I put her on the baby swing and she's being calm but moving around a lot ): might start getting fussy again. sighs. I just want to nap with her but clearly that's not happening today. 😪😪

you can give her baby Tylenol or motrin to relieve pain

I'd give her some infant Tylenol it helps a ton even if she doesn't have a fever. she just doesn't feel good.

Give her a relaxing bath. Just lets her sit in the water. Massage her with soap.

My baby girl just got her shots the 22nd of feb. a couple hours after we were home she started getting fussy and just wanted to be held by me. I gave her some Tylenol and rocked her to sleep. The next day she was fine.

Awww poor baby....her legs are probably sore, her temp is fine but she could be feeling a little icky....If booby and cuddles don't make her feel better I would give her the recommended dosage of tylenol to help with the pain 😔 it'll be alright, she'll feel better soon! Melody got a bit cranky for a few days after her last round, she didn't cry constantly but just everything seemed to bug her lol

@mommytomia, u only give her to the first line!! That will calm her also a nice bath and massage her legs with lotion

when my daughter had her 2 months shots i got the Tylenol her doctor Gave me and took her a shower with alcohol anf gave her the medicine the minute I got home and thank God she didnt get a fever or was fussy what so ever 😊

@maggie1129, no not yet. pediatrician said only give if she has a fever and she doesnt so were trying to stay away from any drugs
