I love Cliff bars! Especially the Peanutbutter ones! Do these really help breastmilk? I'm trying to get my supply back. after 4 months of not breastfeeding.

yes it's the oatmeal in there that helps ,the peanut butter one is my fave ,I also use mothers milk tea I eat oatmeal in the morning everyday as well and drink tons of water when I'm done with my Gatorade I fill it with water a few times

@mrsmoore i hate oatmeal but will eat it like this lol mothers milk didnt work for me.

it works for me only when I measure out exactly a cup if it's to diluted it won't but ,do you breastfeed baby when ever he wants? @andrewsmommy

@mrsmoore i stopped fully breatfeeding when he was 3 weeks. hes now 4 months. i have basically no milk but i want to give him both.

i pump to bring it back too

I would feed him on breast first then give him a bottle after then continue to pump after that ,if you have a day to yourself I would power pump

@mrsmoore I have no milk so he doesn't want my boob. He'll suck and nothing comes out. I pump 10-15 minutes after every feeding he has which is every 2-3 hours. I haven't pumped actually in two days so tonight I'm going to power pump.
