I've always been told to bring them in if the fever reaches 101. I'm suprised they sent you home if the tylenol isn't working.

105?! that's not safe for babies!! 101 is when it's ER time. what about infant advil? tylenol didn't work for my babe at all but advil works for her.

Cool rag and let him be naked for a little while.

Tylenol didn't work for my kids but baby motrin did. that is a really high fever and the baby can have a seizure from it being too high. anything over 101 is definitely time to go to ER

sorry but, should maybe consider a new doctor? no doctor should send a baby home with a temp over 101.
