And @their.bomb.ass.mom is correct. It's not going to induce labor it's just meant to help tone your uterus and prep your body for labor. But in order to do that you need to start at the beginning of the third trimester and slowly build up the amount you're taking.
Probably not if you're using it to induce. Raspberry Leaf Tea isn't meant to induce anyways, it just strengthens your uterus and can help with thinning your cervix but that's about it.
it's gotta have the leaf in it apparently that's the important part.

no. it has to be red raspberry leaf. regular raspberry tea isn't the same one that helps strengthen your uterus walls. try a health food store in your town or oder offline. I had to order from my health food store cuz savemart, walmart, Safeway etc doesn't carry it.
