Baby acne, eczema, heat rash, milk bumps or dry skin... but since they're more spread out and not in clusters, it's most likely baby acne. A little lotion and breast milk should help with it. Aveeno baby is awesome, works wonders for my babe.

My baby had that too, I took some of my breast milk and rubbed it on there and they went away.
