My baby had that too, I took some of my breast milk and rubbed it on there and they went away.

they are by her eyes and face really small but she has been good since I had her on the ninth now it just popped up

Baby acne, eczema, heat rash, milk bumps or dry skin... but since they're more spread out and not in clusters, it's most likely baby acne. A little lotion and breast milk should help with it. Aveeno baby is awesome, works wonders for my babe.
