Welcome! I have bad migraines since I was younger. They always get worse in the 1st trimester I have a good pain tolerance. If 2 doesn't work I would call your doctor.

I take two for mine. If it persist after that try a cold or warm compress on your forehead to help regulate the bloodflow in your head...also rubbing your temples can help too.
