Had my 40 week appt this morning. Cervix is soft and I'm dilated 1cm which is the same for the past two weeks. She stripped my membranes, scheduled me for NST testing on Monday morning and an induction next Wednesday evening, starting with Cytotec, if he still has not arrived on his own. So worried an induction will lead to a C Section and still hoping he comes on his own. I not very optimistic that strippng the membranes will lead to anything but just maybe. I'm just convinced he has no motivation to come out on his own.

Walking definitely helps. And so does sex!!! I agree. Males have a hormone called relaxen that they let loose when their women is pregnant.

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.

opinions please .. Kai has basically outgrown his moses basket so I was looking to get a crib until he's 6months and can go in his own room, some work colleagues have told my partner if he's outgrown the moses basket he might aswell be in his own room and to just get one of those sensors to put under his cot, I feel like he's too little to be in his own room though 🤔 what has everyone else done?
