Hey, has any breastfeeding mothers always felt the "let down" sensation? I breastfeed and pump very often through he day and it literally feels like my boobs refill in a way. They get tight and swollen for a few seconds before they get soft again but then they start leaking. It's so weird! I mostly happens when I put him on one boob, the other one feels like it refills and starts leaking. Has anybody else dealt with this? I figured u would have that one time engorgement when the milk first comes in. Now I get it multiple times a day.

Every time i nurse my son on one side the other side starts tingling or burning and then it leaks lol
lol its funny cause I just thought of it after I commented and it happens the thing is when ever you think about it or think of your baby it happens like if I think of my son breastfeeding I have a let down or smell him or hear him whine

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.

I'm happy to hear it's normal lol my daughter never latched and I didn't pump so I dried up pretty quick with her. This time it's completely different lol I get that too though. When he cries or I look at the time and realize he has to eat they tingle and I leak. It's pretty amazing what our bodies do. Sending signals.
