Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃

Use saline drops and loosen up the mucous then use the nose freida and a humidifier will help but if you don't have one turn the shower on real hot let th room steam up and sit on the toilet with baby for a couple minutes
