Extremely horrible nose congestion and I can't get it out with the Nose Frida. Help π

Use saline drops and loosen up the mucous then use the nose freida and a humidifier will help but if you don't have one turn the shower on real hot let th room steam up and sit on the toilet with baby for a couple minutes
