so, I think if my milk comes in prior to the baby, I'm going to pump as much as possible and freeze it. I'll feed whatever I pumped to the baby, then after that I'll switch to formula.

Milk usually comes in a few days after baby is born. Anything before that is colostrum, which is sticky and difficult to pump and save. Plus nipple stimulation can jumpstart labor. So be careful. Also, there is NOTHING wrong with pumping and storing milk once baby is here. So don't listen to people when they say that. Thawed breastmilk is fine.
