Are there any natural remedies for killer headaches? I try to avoid all medications at all costs but these headaches have been super debilitating.

I'm drinking tea I know Tylenol is ok but I'm trying to avoid meds at all cost. Anyway, tea seems to be helping me. 😊

Itching everywhere!!!!!!!!! I am itching from head to toe but I can't see any type of rash! I am not really having any other symptoms other than a slight headache. (yesterday it was an awful headache that lasted ALL day, but this morning it is very little)!! Anyone know what's going on?

I woke up yesterday with an headache that didn't go away. Today I woke up with an headache. Tylenol not helping at all. I stay hydrated at all times.What can be wrong??? I can't even function right.
