7 weeks pregnant and having brownish discharge, kind of like after period spotting. Very light and off and on. Not constant. No pain or any other symptoms. I have an appointment tomorrow, just really nervous. Did anyone else have problems like this and have a healthy pregnancy still?

I spotted Brown for the first 8 or 9 weeks and was scared shitless because every ultrasound I had at the er came back with no heart rate or no fetal pole. I'm 35 weeks today with a healthy baby boy 😘
I haven't had sex, but this is the week before I would have started my period so I've read a lot about implantation bleeding.
I called the dr and they said its not uncommon. I just can't stop thinking about it... Thanks for y'alls comments!
I had it the first couple months. had to be on pelvic rest. no sex
I spotted in the beginning it could be implantation bleeding I'd still give a doctor a call let them know
