is it possible to gain 7 pounds in 3 weeks? im supposed to be staying weight neutral. im not eating or drinking more than before. im just as active. ive actually cut back on my portions so idk why the scale shows I've gained 7 pounds since my last appointment. I dont feel like I've gained any weight just gotten rounder from the baby and my uterus moving up.

So my weight is 140lbs. My pre pregnancy weight was 135. I lost 3 pounds due to not eating a lot for 2 weeks during pregnancy! So I've gained 7 pounds. And I'm only 5 pounds up from where I started at 21 weeks!
I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
