What cold/flu meds can I take while breast feedin? I honestly feel as if I'm dying. I took a steaming hot shower, use saline for my nose, and took ibprophen but nothing will help 😭🔫

So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??

I just got over a cold and I couldn't take anything that would really help so the best home remedy for that is Hot Tea With Lemons.. IT WORKED WONDERS FOR ME😊
