Contractions, pressure and some back pain all night, this morning diarrhea and the contractions, back pain and pressure haven't stopped.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Lots of pressure and back pains 🤦🏽 ♀ doctors appointment tomorrow 🤦🏽 ♀

how do i know when im actually having contractions? As of now my stomach keeps tightening, i have alot of pressure down there which is causing abdominal pain and some back pain😣 but idk if those are contractions or its just regular pain
