am I the only mommy that makes sure my baby's still breathing why there sleeping ??

I use to when I first had him, but now he co-sleeps with me so I can feel if he ever stops.

Nope. I've grown this instinct to get up every thirty minutes or hour just to feel my daughter breathing. 😁
