Can't sleep because I'm having crazy heart palpitations and I'm sweating my ass off :( I'm so upset.

It's basically a term for a bunch of autonomic dysfunction. I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) basically I can't regulate my heart rate, body temperature, I can't do much physical stuff and I faint often :o lol it's okay :p not a lot of people have heard of it.
