try warming up a bottle or formula and swaddle him and as u feed him rock back and for gently and hum a nursery song like "go to sleep " or rock a my baby hope this helps

Do you have vibration and music/sounds on your bassinet? That was the only way I could get my son to sleep. Or a ride in the car.
