It depends on the area lol the cheapest I've seen is $800 and that's in the really sketchy parts of town, lots of tweakers roaming the area and gun shots and shit....and $1,500 would be the nicer places, like good area well kept buildings....$1,200 would be about average, not GREAT but nice ya know? Friggin crazy out here, that's why we're moving out there cuz it's way too expensive here, we can't afford to live out here and support our daughter 😔

Well like I said, here in San Diego California 1 bedroom is more like $1,200 per month so that is SUPER cheap comparatively speaking 😜
